Assess your asset management maturity | Assetivity

Take the first step towards enhanced asset management practices.

Frequently, the starting point on an asset management improvement journey is to obtain a clear understanding of the level of asset management maturity and performance that currently exists. Asset management maturity assessments also are valuable in tracking progress towards your desired goal – whether this is full certification against the requirements of ISO 55001, or alignment with some or all of the good practices contained within that standard.

Endorsements and certification

We are an Institute of Asset Management (IAM) endorsed assessor. Selecting an IAM endorsed assessor provides you with assurance that we are a reputable assessment provider delivering relevant, high quality asset management assessments using knowledgeable assessors. In our case, all of our assessors hold current Certified Asset Management Assessor (CAMA) qualifications from World Partners in Asset Management (WPiAM).

How to get started

We can provide you with an assessment of your asset management maturity against both ISO 55001 and the 40 subjects within the Global Forum on Maintenance and Asset Management (GFMAM) Asset Management Landscape.

We can also provide you with an assessment of your asset management maturity against the Victorian State Governments Asset Management Accountabilities Framework (AMAF) or the National Asset Management Assessment Framework (NAMAF).

All of our assessments use a structured approach that complies with the ISO 19011 auditing standard, and will provide you with objective, impartial, consistent and repeatable results. We are also happy to tailor the scope of the assessment to meet any specific needs you may have.

The key resulting assessment will give you a clear picture of how you compare with good asset management practice. We will also work with you to develop a roadmap (and where agreed, a detailed implementation plan) for asset management improvement. This will be specifically designed to fit your unique situation and will include practical recommendations that can be readily implemented and which deliver real business value.
