An important update from Assetivity in response to COVID-19.

As concern around COVID-19 continues to grow, I’m writing to assure you that everyone here at Assetivity is working hard to ensure the health and well-being of our staff, our community, and our clients.

We are proud of the service we provide to our many clients throughout Australia and overseas, and we are highly committed to maintaining that same level of service and responsiveness throughout this time. Our commitment to delivering high quality, value for money services will remain unchanged, regardless of what happens over the next few months.

As a company, we are able to work remotely to our clients’ operations for an extended period with minimal effect on the delivery of our services.  Our cloud-based technologies allow us to share documents and collaborate on improvements across our team and in conjunction with our clients.  We have ready access to video-conferencing technologies that allow us to hold meetings and workshops with our clients.  We have a working from home policy that allows our staff to continue to deliver our consulting services effectively and efficiently, even when not in our offices.

We have been using these technologies for some time now, and for us, it really is “business as usual”.

The focus on social distancing has caused some minor adjustments to the way we work, however. We have suspended all face-to-face classroom training until the end of May, and our capability to deliver face-to-face on-the-job coaching is also restricted. However, remote technologies still provide us with the opportunity to deliver some of these services on a more limited basis.

We will continue to monitor this rapidly changing situation while complying with all Government directives and clients’ policies.

Lastly, we greatly appreciate and welcome your support. Please stay safe and well during this challenging time. If there is anything that we can help you with, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our thoughts are with all of those who have been impacted by this virus.
