We have a team of approximately 18 full-time permanent consultants located in Perth, Brisbane and Melbourne, as well as an additional team of Associate Consultants that we use to supplement the skills of our permanent staff. Our current leadership team consists of the following people.
Sandy Dunn - Director
Sandy is the founder and Managing Director of Assetivity. Sandy has over 35 years experience in Asset Management, Maintenance and Reliability, gained in a range of industries, including Mining, Mineral Processing, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Transport, Defence and Infrastructure. He has worked for clients in Australia, South East Asia, South America and Africa. This experience includes senior line management positions and senior consulting roles. He has assisted, and consulted to many leading blue-chip organisations in the resources sector, including BHP Billiton, Rio Tinto, Santos, Woodside Energy, Land Transport Authority, SMRT, Fremantle Ports, Yarra Trams, Department of Defence, Caltex, Alcoa and others.

Jan Marinic - Principal Consultant, Brisbane
Jan is an experienced and knowledgeable engineer with strong leadership and management skills in the fields of project management, business development and management, business operations, logistics management, project engineering and logistics, training management and delivery, maintenance management, and Reliability, Maintainability, Availability (RMA) achieved from a range of engineering and management positions held across a 26 year career in the Royal Australian Air Force and the Defence Materiel Organisation. Since joining Assetivity, Jan has worked on a wide range of projects involving asset and maintenance reviews, development of reliability improvement processes, and maintenance strategy and work instruction development for a range of mining and mineral processing, and power and utilities companies.

Lucas Céspedes - Principal Consultant, Perth
Lucas is a Mechanical Engineer and certified RCM2 Analyst, by the Aladon Network. His professional experience includes implementation of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and supervision of the planning and execution of maintenance activities. He is a highly regarded facilitator of Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) and Preventive Maintenance Optimisation (PMO) workshops and training. He leads by example and demonstrates a mix of Socratic approach as coach and facilitator. Lucas has successfully implemented maintenance and reliability improvement projects in the food, transport, manufacturing and mining and mineral processing industries across Australia and South America. An altruist by nature, Lucas’s true passion lies in his ability to help his clients and colleagues achieve their objectives.
