Jill Holmes is our Principal Consulant and a highly accomplished Mechanical Engineer and Strategic Asset Management leader with more than 30 years of experience across mining, manufacturing, transport, defence, utilities and consulting.

Across senior roles with organisations such as Rio Tinto, BAE Systems, WesTrac, the Public Transport Authority, and Assetivity, Jill has led multidisciplinary teams, shaped asset management strategy, and driven transformation aligned with standards such as ISO55000. Her work spans the full asset lifecycle- from design and reliability engineering through to maintenance optimisation, condition‑based maintenance, shutdown management, and organisational capability development.
