Do you charge a fixed fee for your work? |
| A. |
While we can, for clearly defined scopes of work, quote a fixed fee, most of our consulting assignments are conducted using an agreed schedule of rates for our consultants time. In this case, we will agree a budgeted amount for the assignment with you, prior to commencement, and then only charge you for the time we actually spend working on your assignment. Should it appear likely that we will exceed the budgeted amount, we will notify you as sson as we are aware of this, and together, agree an appropriate plan of action. |

What is your markup on out-of-pocket expenses? |
| A. |
Zero, zilch, nothing, nada! We will recharge you for any out-of-pocket expenses that we incur that are directly related to your assignment at cost - we do not add a markup. |

What are your standard payment terms? |
| A. |
Our standard payment terms are usually 14 days from the date of invoice. However we are prepared to accept other payment terms - just ask us before we commence the assignment. |
