Sandy is the founder and Managing Director of Assetivity. Sandy has over 25 years experience in Maintenance and Operations Management, gained primarily within the Mining and Mineral Processing sector in Western Australia, Queensland, Papua New Guinea, Chile, Tanzania, South Africa, Laos, Vietnam and Indonesia. This experience includes senior line management positions and senior consulting roles. He has assisted, and consulted to many leading blue-chip organisations in the resources sector, including BHP Billiton, Rio Tinto, Woodside Energy, Caltex, Alcoa and others.

Wilbur (Wil) Carey; has worked for many years as a professional in the Manufacturing, Engineering and Professional Resources Service sectors supporting a number of major international organisations. Wil has been a line manager, senior project manager, and consultant developing, driving and delivering process improvements that have produced successful business outcomes. He specialises in knowledge transfer, culture change and seeking excellence, where \"making a difference\" is more than a buzz phrase.
Wil has developed business improvement strategies, strategic plans, maintenance and reliability improvement plans, project management and project delivery processes as well as employee development programs.

Stuart has had 25 years experience in the maintenance field in a variety of roles and industries which include the Royal Australian Navy, exploration drilling, the mining industry, mineral processing and heavy manufacturing. His varied experiences have given him the chance to work with a wide range of organisations and presented him with the opportunity to gather knowledge from a variety of people. His expertise lays in developing systems for the management of maintenance activities including planning, budgeting and motivating and developing people. His easy-going, people-focused manner engages the workforce, and results in sustainable improvements in systems and processes which are “owned” by client staff at all levels.

Dean has almost 30 years experience in maintenance, engineering, project management and asset management with a variety of organisations which include the Australian Army, the US Army, the US Army Test and Evaluation Command and the Defence Materiel Organisation. His experiences have given him the opportunity to work in a range of equipment and systems both in Australia and overseas. His expertise lays in systems reliability and asset management where he has developed reliability and maintenance systems concepts for the asset management of major systems.

Immediately prior to joining Assetivity, Dean was the Senior Systems Engineering Manager within the Defence Materiel Organisation. Prior to this he was a Chief Engineer within the same organisation. During this time Dean managed significant change in the structure and culture of his engineering and technical team.

Dean holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical, 1st class Honours), Masters of Reliability and Quality Engineering (University of Arizona), and a Masters of Management (University of Canberra).

Jan has 15 years experience in Maintenance and Reliability Management and Improvement, gained primarily within the Petrochemical industry. He holds both Bachelor and Masters qualifications in Engineering as well as an MBA. His strengths include the capability to develop comprehensive project and reliability strategies, and to deliver effective reliability project outcomes.

His extensive experience includes the implementation of Reliability Centred Maintenance and PM Optimisation, Business Case Development, Reliability Coaching and Training and Operational Reliability Governance.

John is a Senior Maintenance Consultant with Assetivity. He has considerable experience in Asset Management and Maintenance Management, gained primarily through a number of International and Australian engagements. For the last 12 years he has specialised in the implementation of CMMS and ERP systems, their associated business processes, and the data analysis and decision making processes that support effective Maintenance and Asset Management.

Lindsay is a Senior Asset and Maintenance Management consultant with Assetivity. He holds an Honours degree in Applied Science, as well as a Masters degree in Business Administration. He has extensive operations and maintenance management consulting experience across a wide variety of industries, organisations and functional areas, gained over more than 11 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, and, for the last five years, with Assetivity.

Lindsay's specialisations in asset management consulting include Strategic Change, Operational Change, Organisation & People Change and Process Change. His extensive experience in the areas of Asset Management and Supply Chain Management include assignments focusing on Maintenance Strategy and Effectiveness, Maintenance Reliability Centred Maintenance/PM Optimisation, and Management Process Improvement.

He has developed a reputation as a highly effective consultant, a very capable project manager, an expert in the area of maintenance, and a consultant able to cope with complex and difficult problems.

Chris is a Maintenance Consultant with Assetivity. He has 20 years experience in Maintenance Operations and Line Management, obtained primarily within the Coal, Oil and Gas sector in the SASOL Synfuels Plant in South Africa. This experience includes Line Management Positions at several related plant sections. In addition, he has experience in the implementation of improved PM programs in the Mining industry, gained in the Iron Ore industry in Western Australia.

Steve has over 20 years experience working in a wide variety of roles within the Australian aviation industry initially with the Australian Air Force then moving into the private sector. He holds a Bachelor of Science, a Bachelor of Engineering and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration.

His major areas of expertise include Maintenance Management, Project Management, High Value Procurement, Risk Management and Statutory Compliance. Since joining Assetivity, Steve has undertaken a range of assignments in the Mining and Utilities sectors, focusing on Risk Management, Cintingency Planning and Preventive Maintenance implementation.

Andy’s career to date career to date has focused continually challenging, demonstrating and building upon his skills with particular focus on Asset Management, Project Management & Reliability Engineering. He is an energetic consultant, with a natural and easy manner in dealing with people at all organisational levels.

His experience includes work in the Aviation Industry (Defence & Civilian) in the area of Maintenance Management. More recently he has moved into the Mining sector as an Asset Management Consultant and has managed and led projects for the development of Equipment Maintenance Strategies for Coal Handling Preparation Plants.

Andy Pinsent is an experienced Maintenance and Reliability Engineer, with his experience having been gained in the Mineral Processing, Oil & Gas, Transportation and Defence sectors. He has particular experience and expertise in Reliability Modelling, Reliability Centred Maintenance, and Spare Parts Optimisation. Additional experience has been gained in the development and application of FRACAS (Failure Reporting Analysis and Corrective Action Systems), as well as in facilitating hands-on reliability improvement initiatives.

Tony has over 20 years experience in maintenance and strategic maintenance management within a heavy industrial environment - starting initially as a trades level electrician and working his way up to a maintenance and engineering managerial position dealing with both technical and business issues. He has completed an Advanced Diploma in Business Management through the University of Ballarat as well as having demonstrated extensive experience in training and mentoring staff. He has, throughout his career, focused on ensuring that people throughout the business understand and embrace the functionality and potential benefits that effective use of CMMS systems can bring.

Tony has proven experience in establishing and maintaining CMMS systems, has worked as a Senior Maintenance Planner and Scheduler, and is very capable of relating to staff at all organisational levels.

Hans is a Maintenance Consultant with Assetivity. He has almost ten years Maintenance Planning experience, and also holds post-trade qualifications in business and maintenance management. He has been involved in reviewing, revising, and implementing new maintenance planning systems at a number of different mining organisations. A key focus of his work has been on establishing master data within Maintenance Management systems to ensure that these systems can be used effectively, and that they meet the expectations placed on them.

Kath is highly proficient in effectively implementing change in analytical, technical and systems related assignments. She has a background established in training education and coaching, and has also expanded her knowledge and expertise to also embrace technical writing, procedure development and change management. She has proven to be capable of delivering high quality results in a variety of client environments.

Bernie is a consulting associate with Assetivity. Bernie is a highly effective trainer and implementer, with a highly developed capability to influence and drive change at all organisational levels. He specialises in the implementation of PM Optimisation programs, condition monitoring technologies, lubrication improvement programs, and Root Cause Analysis, including both the technical and business aspects of these technologies and techniques. ,He has a strong background in both the Mining industry, and Oil & Gas.
