| At this large cement plant, training for staff and wages personnel was largely ad-hoc and reactive. Accordingly, Assetivity was engaged to develop a Skills Matrix, perform a Gap Analysis, and develop a Training Plan for 20 key Maintenance and Operating roles, including Reliability Engineers, Mechanical Engineers , Electrical Engineers, Maintenance Supervisors, Maintenance Planners, Maintenance Technicians and Tradesmen, Production Supervisors, and Stores Personnel. |
